Plant research encounters significant challenges in integrating multidisciplinary data and ensuring compatibility among diverse analytical methods. The limited automation in many existing tools further complicates data processing, thereby hindering efficiency and interdisciplinary collaboration. In response to these issues, we present SPDEv3.0, a multidisciplinary integrated data analysis platform specifically designed to tackle the complexities of data and the varied analytical requirements in plant sciences. Unlike traditional tools, SPDEv3.0 facilitates seamless cross-disciplinary data integration and automates analysis, featuring over 130 functions spanning plant breeding, molecular biology, genomics, and comparative genomics. The platform enables one-click operations for tasks ranging from data normalization to statistical analysis and visualization, significantly minimizing manual intervention and enhancing research efficiency. With its modular design and user-friendly interface, we believe that SPDEv3.0 will promote interdisciplinary collaboration and provides robust technical support for advancements in plant sciences.
